I acknowledge and agree that Glofunder cannot be sued and will not pay for any damages, losses, or costs arising from any interaction, transaction, or outcome that occurs between investors and startups on or as a result of the platform. Glofunder is a discovery and communication platform only and bears no responsibility for the outcome of any investment relationship or financial arrangement formed between users.

I agree to follow the guidance, instructions, and best practices provided by the Glofunder platform when using our tools and services. I understand that failure to follow platform guidance may result in unanticipated outcomes for which Glofunder bears no liability.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for conducting my own due diligence before making any financial commitment to a project, startup, or investment opportunity found on or through the Glofunder platform. I agree that Glofunder does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or viability of any project, startup, or investor listed on the platform, and I will not rely solely on information provided by Glofunder when making financial decisions.

I acknowledge and agree that Glofunder will not share in the profits or losses incurred in any investment made to any startup project. Glofunder has no financial interest, equity stake, or commission in any investment arrangement formed between users of the platform. All financial outcomes belong exclusively to the parties involved in the investment.

I acknowledge and agree that Glofunder is not a crowdfunding platform. We do not hold, manage, escrow, process, or otherwise handle funds for investors or startups registered on our platform. All financial transactions occur directly and exclusively between the parties — outside of and independent from the Glofunder platform. No funds pass through Glofunder at any time.

I acknowledge that Glofunder does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, or offer to buy or sell any security or investment product. I agree to seek professional advice from qualified advisors before making any investment decision.

By acknowledging and accepting this agreement, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth herein. I acknowledge that this agreement forms a binding agreement between me and Glofunder regarding the use of the platform and my responsibilities as a user.
